Dear Sir,
I am 32 year old unmarried male, last 8 years severely suffering from chronic disease resulting acute headache, which is unbearable.
I treated by Allopathic and Alternative medicines, could not get relief.

Now neurologists diagnosed as Arterio Venus Malformation on right occipital of brain, suggested surgery and refer to higher centre for further evaluation and treatment.
Kindly refer my indications as below:
1) severe head ache on right side, pain arises in deep sleep also,
2) gradually vision decrease,
3) severe hair loss,
4) indigestion, vomit sensation,
5) heart burn, hyper acidity,
